A new step towards providing comprehensive care for children.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Social Solidarity, a training was conducted on the procedural guide for foster families for the ministry's staff of alternative care specialists in Giza and Tanta governorates. This training qualified them to conduct assessments for families applying for KAFALA and to implement proper follow-up mechanisms, in order to provide safe families for every child. Additionally, an activation training was conducted for alternative care specialists in Beni Suef governorate. A Training of Trainers (TOT) was also provided for the Secure Base program for foster families to equip them with the skills to build a secure base with their children.
