Signing of a Cooperation Protocol to Provide Decent Job Opportunities for Youth without parental care

As a new step towards empowering youth, a cooperation protocol has been signed between Sanad for alternative parental care, represented by Ms. Yasmine El-Hagry, Executive Director, and The Network for Employment Promotion (NEP), represented by Ms. Rasha Badran, Chief Executive Officer. This collaboration aims to provide sustainable and decent blue-collar job opportunities for youth without parental care across various governorates in Egypt., aligning with their qualifications, experiences, and preferences. This initiative will support them in building a stable and promising career path. As part of this effort, an interactive workshop was organized, during which Sanad for alternative parental care highlighted the specific needs and challenges faced by youth without parental care in the job market. Based on these insights, NEP will develop tailored interventions that address these needs, ensuring more suitable and supportive job opportunities for them.
