This program is designed to target caregivers in various roles and Ministry of Social Solidarity employees in the field of alternative care as primary beneficiaries of support and services, not only on a professional and technical level but also on a personal and psychological wellbeing level, given the challenges and difficulties this group faces while performing their duties toward children and youth without parental care. The following projects have been developed to address these gaps:

  1. Empowering Current Workers in the Alternative Care System: Offers workshops and training to help improve the mental wellbeing and wellbeing of caregivers in orphanages and Ministry of Social Solidarity employees, creating a supportive professional community that fosters learning, exchange of experiences, and best practices.

  2. Training New Practitioners in the Alternative Care Field Project: Aims to strengthen the workforce in the alternative care field by providing accredited professional certification to train and prepare new workers with high competence and readiness to join available jobs in the alternative care system. It also focuses on raising community awareness about the importance of these professions and the essential roles these workers play in impacting children and youth without parental care.
