This program aims to provide all technical support to care homes of various forms to ensure that children and youth within these institutions benefit from a quasi-family care model that ensures more stability and safety, and helps in developing their skills towards independence. This is achieved through:

  1. Providing Technical Support to Care Homes Project: Initially targets preparing children and youth within care institutions for the "post-care" phase by building their capacities and developing their skills for independent living from an early age. Additionally, it includes creating procedural guidelines for "post-care" and establishing a unified and comprehensive methodology for its implementation within care institutions.

  2. Providing Technical Support to Care Homes for Children with Disabilities Project: Focuses on improving the care systems within care homes for children with disabilities, starting with identifying the primary needs that define the required services within the targeted institutions.

  3. Developing a Case Management and Urgent Case Management System for Care Homes: Aims to provide various forms of support to care homes and individuals, as well as all stakeholders involved in alternative care, according to the identified needs.
