Sanad offers a range of specialized training programs and workshops to contribute to building the capacities of Ministry of Social Solidarity staff to ensure the best support for children and youth withut parental care.
Some of the training programs we offer include:
- Kafala Procedural Guide Program:
Aims to unify the understanding of staff in the Family and Childhood departments regardingthe procedures of the new kafala system, starting with ensuring the best suitable family for each child, followed by their placement and monitoring within the family.
- Alternative Care Workshop:
Clarifies the reasons and importance of transitioning from institutional care to family andsemi-family care, and addresses rumors and questions about this system.
- Professional Evaluation Program
- Learning and Development Tools Program
- Management Skills Program
So far, Sanad has provided 421 educational opportunities for specialists and managers in theMinistry of Social Solidarity departments, as the only authorized organization by the ministryto provide these trainings.
