Sanad provides support, consultations, and evaluations to non-governmental organizations to help them establish clear operational management mechanisms within institutions. The goal is to enhance the efficiency of these institutions and create a more inclusive and supportive environment for children and youth without parental care, thereby contributing to positive change in their lives.

Through strategic collaboration and interventions with partner organizations, Sanad aims to:
Empower initiatives for children and youth: By training trainers from partner organizations based on curricula approved by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge, and appropriate training guides to ensure content consistency, promote comprehensive development, and prepare youth for independence.
Address challenges in the kafala care system in Egypt: By training trainers from partner organizations to provide support, evaluation, and training to existing and potential kafala families, with the goal of standardizing the kafala system and ensuring the best interests of the child.
