Nahla El-Nimer joined a national association as a volunteer and a representative of orphaned youth to participate in several workshops to develop quality standards for alternative care. She also participated in many awareness campaigns to raise the community's awareness and change its view of the issue of orphans. Nahla El-Nimer shares her life experiences with young people/orphan children to change their perception of themselves and society. Nahla El-Nimer shared with the Tedx Cairo Women, Wikistage Cairo audience, the story of her upbringing in the orphanage, the challenges that the child / young graduate of orphanages is going through, and how she contributed to changing the society's view of the issue of orphans. Nahla Al-Nimr holds workshops and trainings for sponsors and volunteers on “etiquette for visiting orphanages”.
