Fatma Adel Mahmoud

Fatma holds a BA in English Language and Literature 2021 from Ain Shams University. She also obtained a professional diploma in managing and developing financial resources for state and community institutions from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University. Fatma developed her passion for community development and took the initiative to establish an educational academy to integrate refugee and Egyptian children into society (Little Genius Academy) through various programs in cooperation with Save the Children - Egypt CO and the American University (AUC) She volunteered in education, facilitating workshops for orphan children and organizing events. Fatma is also a member of the Association for World Education (AWE), which includes experts from twenty countries around the world in the field of education Fatma also worked in the field of partnerships and grants to provide support to international students in Egypt through various embassies and bodies, and she was a colleague with EMONOVO, which connects the youth of the Middle East and North Africa with educational opportunities. In addition, Fatma participated in a peacebuilding and conflict resolution program at the John D. Gerhart Center (AUC), and she also engaged in other initiatives to raise awareness of heritage in the community. Fatma decided to work in alternative care for children because she believes in the right of every child to live in a safe, stable environment that helps him grow properly
