Noor holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Al-Azhar University, and an advanced professional certificate in Child Growth Enhancement from Aman Center for Learning and Development, affiliated with a national association "Sanad now". He also holds professional diplomas in Mental Health and Psychological Assessment from Ain Shams University. Noor has been working as a child and youth development specialist since 2020 with a national association, and previously worked for a year as a coordinator for the assessment and development of care homes with another national association. He also worked as a director for several day reception centers for homeless children in Cairo and Alexandria for six years. Noor works as a trainer for children and youth and also conducts IQ tests. He has participated in numerous volunteer activities since 2012. He also participated in preparing the training kit for a national association aimed at rehabilitating youth for independence and self-reliance. Noor is also interested in sports, having won several championships in Kung Fu, with the latest being fourth place at the national level.
