Ahmed Salah Abdulseed

Research and Knowledge Management Manager

Ahmed is a Community Development and Program Management Specialist with over 10 years of experience in sustainable development, social inclusion, refugee empowerment, and social behavior change. He has extensive expertise in research, project management, and knowledge dissemination, having worked on projects funded by international organizations such as UNHCR and ILO, while working directly with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and Caritas Egypt. Ahmed currently works with Sanad for Alternative Parental Care, where he develops systems for knowledge sharing, conducts research analysis, and engages in policy advocacy for alternative care models. Previously, he worked as a Project Manager for Community Empowerment at Caritas Egypt Refugees Program, leading initiatives to strengthen social cohesion and mobilize refugee communities across Egypt’s north coast. His expertise spans monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution. He has also designed and implemented youth-focused projects that promote employment, social integration, and behavior change through artistic and cultural initiatives. His efforts have significantly contributed to enhancing service accessibility, strengthening community resilience, and advocating for marginalized groups. Academically, Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Political Science (International Affairs and Diplomacy) from Alexandria University. He is highly skilled in qualitative and quantitative research, proposal writing, and policy development. With his ability to navigate complex humanitarian contexts and lead multicultural teams, Ahmed is a key contributor to socioeconomic development and humanitarian response efforts.
