Consultant on quality standards of care at a national association, as well as a trainer at a national association and a technical consultant for the technical committee of the Beit Al-Helm Award for the best residential institutions. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, internationally certified by EFQM as an Internal Assessor, certified in TOT training "Experiencing Effective Active Learning" from SeGa team, and has conducted numerous specialized training sessions for specialists, caregivers, and institution managers. She has extensive experience in the field of quality care, institutional development, and improving services provided to beneficiaries. She works on providing consultations and training for residential institutions, charitable organizations, government agencies, and individuals to enhance the quality of care and improve services provided to beneficiaries. She focuses on developing action plans and effective management to achieve desired goals through data analysis, report assessments, and developing appropriate procedures and policies.
