Sondos Arafa

Sondos has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) development programs. She was managing the Human Resources at one of the biggest Egyptian Holding organization working in diverse industries. Sondos has hands-on experience in creating graduate development programs, creating leadership training tracks, as well as working in different resourcing and employer branding initiatives. Creating career development plans is one of the core activities that she does both on the professional and free-lancing levels; she participated in numerous online and offline events as a career coaching doing one to one and group coaching with over 200 clients and with a passion for training she trained over 3,000 people. Sondos graduated with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. She is passionate about people development with a firm belief that learning is and ongoing journey; she is a certified career coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified in Occupational Ability and Personality assessments from SHL, and has a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management.
