Kareem Kamel

Youth & Children Program Specialist

Kareem obtained a bachelor's degree in management information systems, accredited by Cairo University, and his passion for the field of training and development, over nearly 8 years. At a young age, he assumed several responsibilities that enabled him to obtain many experiences and skills and move between more than one civil society organization. Kareem was a program coordinator at the Egyptian Family Planning Association, and before that he held the position of training and capacity building officer at the Y-PEER Egypt network, and a coordinator for the Destination Egypt 2030 project at UNFPA. During his career, he worked with several local, national and international organizations, the most prominent of which is the UNFPA, UNAIDS, Plan International Egypt, IPPF, Guzzor Foundation, Etijah Foundation, and GYAT It is worth noting that Kareem has training skills in implementing several new and different techniques and approaches, including interactive theatre, sports techniques for development, comprehensive sexual education, and gender-based violence, as he has +2000 training hours under his belt, in which he participated in implementing advisory and training tasks. Different for many organizations, Foundations and associations. Kareem has a career in managing, developing, and implementing various training programs, especially for youth and children, He contributed to the design and development of some of the training materials, and participated in several conferences at the national and international levels. “Every time I see the impact of what I do, It is generated more energy to do more”
