Heba played an important role in shaping a positive work environment while working previously as People & Culture Manager at one of the leading Saudi Digital Marketing & Technology agencies. Prior to that she served as a Regional HR Business Partner in one of the foremost entertainment & music groups in the MENA region. She began her journey into the Human Resources field building a solid foundation in HR in the manufacturing sector within a one the well-known groups in the GCC. Before delving into the realm of human resources, Heba honed her skills as a Marketing Communications Specialist in PR, Media, and Publishing agency. Heba's pursuit of knowledge led her to explore various disciplines, earning qualifications such as a Human Resources Management diploma and talent acquisition certification from HRCI, Career Coaching certification from ICF, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Achology, and a Business Psychology Diploma from RB College and lastly completed the TOT program from The Catalyst, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of professional development.
